Here at Wedding Headline we love a truly romantic wedding, and this lovely, fall wedding at the River Course on Kiawah Island was just that! Brad and Sonia were together for years but recently decided to set the date! Brad’s mom, Joy, lives on Kiawah Island and planned the whole wedding in just 4 months! Go Joy! Another cool fact about this gorgeous wedding, the cake, done by Elaine’s Events, topper was from Brad’s grandparents’ wedding cake in 1942, then it was on his parents in 1976, and then it was on his and Sonia’s!
With the simple and elegant pastel color scheme, the flowers done by Mary Lynn Drury were truly eye catching. Speaking of eye catching, the photographer,Kate Thornton of Captured by Kate, did an amazing job! With breath-taking photos, to accompany the amazing video produced by Wedding Headline, she captured this event with grace.
The reception was then held there at the River Course, and it had everyone smiling. The band, The Atlanta Part Band, had everyone on the dance floor and singing all night! We wish Brad and Sonia many years of happiness, and we hope they visit Charleston again soon! Cheers!
